Joanna is a qualified and experienced counsellor, working through The Gentle Co Community.
Originally trained in the person-centred approach, she is deeply committed to supporting clients in accessing their own authentic, embodied wisdom. In recent years Joanna has training in hypnotherapy, somatic facilitation and breathwork and these have informed her passion for writing nature based meditations.
