Facilitated by Joanna Waddell
Joanna is a qualified and experienced counsellor, working through The Gentle Co Community.
Originally trained in the person-centred approach, she is deeply committed to supporting clients in accessing their own authentic, embodied wisdom. In recent years Joanna has training in hypnotherapy, somatic facilitation and breathwork and these have informed her passion for writing nature based meditations.
More Than Writing—A Practice in Itself
Writing meditations becomes a meditative practice in itself—a way of expressing through nature’s metaphors; a love letter to our place in the web of life.
6 hours of CPD for Therapists, Counsellors, Yoga Teachers and Wellbeing Practitioners.
